Processing Times for Orders 

For standard shipping, please allow approximately 1-2 business days for processing your order.  

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.  Orders placed after 11am PST will begin processing the following business day. If you place an order over a weekend or during a holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.

 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, an email with tracking code will be sent to your email address provided at check out.  After parcel is scanned by our service carrier, you will be able to check current status of your delivery.  

If you still have not received an email with tracking information after 1 business day, check your spam folder.   If you still cannot locate your tracking code email or should you have additional questions about your order, don’t hesitate to reach us at sales@elementmom.com.  Please be sure to provide us with your order confirmation number in your email.
